Factory Rejects for Android and iPhone · Last updated November 6, 2026
In short: Factory Rejects has no accounts, and we (Push Deploy Labs) do not collect personal data from the game: your progress stays on your device.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects device and usage data to show and measure ads (personalized only where you allow it). If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, your achievements and scores go to Google or Apple. This website uses Google Analytics.
Who we are
Factory Rejects (“the game”) is developed and published by Push Deploy Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the game does with data. Our general policy for our other apps and our studio website is at pushdeploylabs.com/privacy; for Factory Rejects, this page applies.
Information we collect
Factory Rejects is a single-player game that you can play offline. It has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or other personal information, and it does not send any data to servers operated by Push Deploy Labs.
Two optional or third-party features do involve data, both described below: the ads in the game, which are provided by Google AdMob, and sign-in to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. From AdMob we receive only aggregated reports (for example how many ads were shown), not information that identifies you.
Data stored on your device
Your progress, settings, records and unlocks are saved only on your device so you can continue where you left off. We never receive this data and cannot access, recover or delete it for you.
- Delete it at any time with Settings → Reset all progress in the game.
- It is also deleted when you uninstall the game.
Advertising
The game shows ads to support its development, provided by Google AdMob. Some ads are optional: for example, you can choose to watch a short rewarded ad for a second chance after your robot is destroyed, and the reward is only given if you watch the ad. Other ads may appear between runs. Ads need an internet connection; without one, the game plays normally without ads.
To show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where allowed, personalize them, Google AdMob and the ad partners it works with may collect:
- your device’s advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or on iPhone the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking);
- your IP address and an approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information, such as the device model, operating system, language and app version;
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown, clicked or watched to the end, and diagnostic data.
Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Your ad choices:
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google’s consent form. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the game’s Settings. Without consent, you see non-personalized or limited ads.
- iPhone: ads are personalized using your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; you can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Google → Ads on some devices).
- You can manage Google’s ad personalization at My Ad Center.
Google Play Games and Apple Game Center (optional)
The game offers optional sign-in to Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple Game Center on iPhone, for achievements and leaderboards. You never need to sign in to play.
- If you sign in, the game sends your unlocked achievements and leaderboard scores to Google or Apple.
- On Android, Google’s Play Games software also collects your games profile (gamer name and avatar) and diagnostic data. See Google’s Play Games data disclosure.
- The game stores your Play Games or Game Center player ID on your device only, to remember which achievements it has already reported. We do not receive it.
- Google and Apple process this data under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
- You can sign out at any time in the Google Play Games app on Android or in your iPhone’s Settings (Game Center), and view or delete this data in your Google Play Games profile or your Game Center settings.
Permissions
The game uses internet access for ads and for Google Play Games and Game Center, the advertising identifier for ads (as described above), and audio and vibration for sound and haptics. It does not use your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
Children’s privacy
Factory Rejects is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website (not the game) uses Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use it: for example the pages viewed, the device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data under the Google Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services). You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website shows no advertising.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the site.
Your choices and rights
We do not hold personal data from the game, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You control the data on your device as described above. Google handles requests about advertising, Play Games and Google Analytics data, and Apple handles requests about Game Center data; the ad choices above let you limit ad personalization at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state laws like the CCPA, including rights to access or delete personal data and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can contact us about your rights at any time.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above before the change reaches the game.
